Line  Of Treatment

Every treatment at the Centre is preceded by a careful diagnostic process. Eminent Doctors carry out detailed constitutional analysis with disease diagnosis. The physicians first carefully assess Prakruthi and Vikruti- constitution and imbalance in constitution and lifestyle. This involves taking detailed case history and carefully examining different parts of the body.-build, face, hands, skin, tongue-which point more profound aspects of the patient’s condition.
                                                  
When a Dosha imbalance is diagnosed, medical treatment and lifestyle advice are provided. The first step is the preparation of the patient for eliminating toxins, which includes intake of detoxifying decoctions and Poorvakarmas (pre-processes of Panchakarma).
                                                   
The main cleansing and rejuvenation programme,known as Panchakarma,includes Vamana, Virechana, Sneha Vasthy, Kashaya Vasthy and Nasya.(therapeutic emesis, purgation, enema with medicated oil, enema with decoction, and nasal administration of medicine).
                                                  
Rejuvanative immunization therapies recharge the depleting batteries of a person’s body and mind, though he/she may not have any specific illness. The curative treatments are for those who suffer from specific ailments.
                                                   
External therapies include Poorva Karma ( a process preceding Panchakarma)Panchakarma and post-Panchakarma. These therapies are complemented with internal medications and a daily regimen.
                                                    
The internal medicines, administered to detoxify and enrich the body, are fully herbal and free from side effects.The treatment process at the Centre is a fine synthesis of Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation and spiritual discourses.
 
To be effective, Ayurvedic therapy requires a prescribed time frame. Treatments come in modules of 8, 15, 21 and 28 days. Rejuvanative therapy requires a minimum period of 7 days. The durations for other treatments vary from case to case.
 
The center is having 15 spacious double-bedded rooms that offer individual attention to each patient. Clean and fully equipped treatment rooms (for men and women separately) with post treatment facilities. The canteen serves tasty and nutritious Kerala vegetarian Ayurvedic food.
 
We have a well-tended herbal garden, a mini library and communication facilities including e-mail service and telephone with ISD.  The Centre is located  very near to the Cochin International Air port  ( 9 KMs only ) and the nearest Railway station is Angamaly (12 Kms). from here.   Being very near to the best and much patronised air port in kerala has made this centre  very accessible to the foreign clientele and inspite of the the low levels  of noise ( because of the nearness to the air port )our centre is well accepted and always fully occupied round the year.
